About Isabelle
Isabelle Krishana is a college essay and application consultant based in New York City. She has a Masters in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she specialized in working with struggling adolescents. As a former special education teacher, Isabelle has extensive experience working with a wide range of students.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Isabelle attended both Chapin and Trinity schools before graduating from Princeton University with a BA from the highly selective Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. At Princeton, she earned certificates in African American Studies and an elementary teaching degree from the Teacher Preparation Program.
After a move to Beijing in 2008, Isabelle became an essay coach at a boutique college consulting firm, Kemexian, assisting applicants in gaining entry to highly selective US universities. Now based in Manhattan, Isabelle continues to work with both international and U.S. students to navigate the application process. Her students have been accepted to the country’s most competitive schools including Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Brown, University of Pennsylvania, Middlebury, Claremont McKenna, Tufts and many others.
